TOWNHOUSE

For monday.com's Townhouse floor, I drew on homes that feel collected rather than coordinated: a mix of colour, art and pieces with their own personalities.

The idea was to bring that same ease into the working day, without turning the office into a living-room set.

Familiar proportions and tucked-away seating give shared spaces a more personal scale, while glazed meeting rooms keep them connected.

Teal, mustard and decorative details add a playful contrast to the practical business of getting things done.

A workplace with a house spirit: somewhere to settle in, exchange ideas and feel part of the place.
